Human Resources Management and Development Center (HRMDC) is a non-governmental organization established in 1994. Its vision is to evolve people-centered development through training, research, community development and networking in the North West Frontier Province, Pakistan.

ActionAid Pakistan started partnership (financial and technical support) with HRMDC in October 2004 on long-term basis in Union Council Surizai Payan, Surizai Bala and Maira Surizai for establishment of Urban Development Area. Main focus of this DA is empowerment of women, children rights, labor rights and education
